Lebor Tours began with a vision: to elevate the Glatt Kosher travel experience. In our early days, we specialized in the touring portion of vacations, guiding groups from Glatt Kosher hotels across Europe—mostly in the Alps, primarily in the summer. For two decades, we hiked, toured, and immersed ourselves in the natural beauty and cultural richness of Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Romania, France, and nearly every corner of Europe.
In 2021, we expanded our mission and our reach. No longer limited to Europe, the world became our destination. We began curating complete luxury experiences—from first-class accommodations to gourmet Glatt Kosher cuisine, all seamlessly woven into expertly guided tours and activities.
At Lebor Tours, we believe in doing things to the highest standard—or not at all. Every tour is meticulously crafted to meet our commitment to excellence, kashrus, and comfort. We work with top chefs and Mashgichim to ensure that your culinary experience matches the breathtaking destinations we explore.
But our goal goes beyond just having a great time. We aim to inspire. Through travel, we strive to open our eyes to the beauty and wonder of the world that God has created—and to thank Him for it. Every moment of awe in nature, every cultural encounter, and every meaningful conversation is an opportunity to connect on a deeper level.
Since our expansion, we’ve led unforgettable journeys to Iceland, Argentina, Patagonia, the Galapagos Islands, the Amazon Rainforest, and Vietnam, and luxury safaris in South Africa and Kenya—each one a seamless blend of adventure, education, inspiration, and top-tier service.

Who We Are
Lebor Tours is David and Adina Lebor.
We often say: “We don’t sell tours—we lead tours.” That’s because we personally lead every single trip we offer. We’re not just behind the scenes—we’re with you on the ground, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that each and every guest receives personal attention and care. Our presence guarantees that the high standards we promise are delivered—every time.
We love what we do, and we’re honored to share the world’s beauty with fellow travelers who value both luxury and meaning.
David Lebor – Besides being a tour guide around the world for the last 25 years.
Rabbi David Lebor, was born and raised in the USA, graduated from Queens College, New York and is a Certified Public Accountant. Instead of pursuing that career, he has dedicated his life to teaching Torah in Yeshivat Shaalvim. He received his Rabbinical Ordination in Yeshivat Shaalvim where he has been since 1972, first as a student, then as a Kollel fellow, Madrich of the Foreign Students, Sgan Mashgiach (Dean of Students), and Senior Ram and Lecturer, which is his current position. A former officer in the Israeli Army, he served as a chaplain in the Tank Corps in the Golan Heights. In the past he served as Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Orot Hagalil in Hatzor Hagelilit, in Northern Israel, and has been on the faculty of Yeshivot Darche Noam, Mevasseret Yerushalaim, Midreshet Rachel, Nishmat and Shaalvim for Women. While on sabbatical in 1996, Rabbi Lebor founded the Kollel Torah Mitzion in Chicago, which today is the largest kollel of its kind in the world. Rabbi Lebor is the author of numerous articles and the Masechtot Le’Halacha Series, of which he has already published five volumes. Much of his Torah can be found on his Torah website, Ravlebor.com. He lectures on a variety of Torah topics and serves as a scholar in residence for religious tours and groups around the globe.
Rabbi Lebor and his wife Adina, are longtime residents of Yeshivat Shaalvim and are the proud parents of six children and numerous grandchildren, who all live in Israel.
Adina Lebor
Adina Lebor is the heart of the Lebor Tours experience, ensuring that every traveler feels like family and every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
Adina is an Israel-licensed tour guide, specializing in in-depth tours of Jerusalem and Modiin. Her deep knowledge of history, Tanach, archaeology, and Jewish heritage enriches every step of her tours. She has worked with some of Israel’s most respected institutions, including Neot Kedumim, the City of David, and the Jerusalem Jewish Quarter Development Society, and has led countless group tours throughout the country.
In addition to her guiding work, Adina plays a central role in the international operations of Lebor Tours. She oversees every aspect of their luxury trips—from accommodations and logistics to personalized care and the unique ambiance that sets Lebor Tours apart. Whether it’s organizing a surprise celebration, ensuring flawless meals, or sitting down with a traveler to understand their needs, Adina is there to make every tour special and meaningful.
Together with David Lebor, she has helped shape Lebor Tours into a one-of-a-kind experience that combines fun, adventure, meaning, and world-class service.
She is a proud mother of six and grandmother of many, and a beloved leader to hundreds of travelers who have journeyed with her across Israel and around the globe.
