Welcome to South Africa! Upon arrival in Johannesburg, we will transfer to our luxury hotel, where we will enjoy dinner and our first evening together.
Lodging: The Houghton Hotel – Johannesburg
After breakfast, we fly to Hoedspruit, the gateway to the magnificent Greater Kruger region.
Upon arrival, we transfer to our luxury safari lodge in the Kapama Private Game Reserve. After lunch and time to settle in, we head out on our first open-vehicle safari.
Accompanied by expert guides and trackers, we will venture into the African bush in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras and, hopefully, all of the Big Five. With off-road access and no two game drives ever alike, our African safari adventure begins!

One last opportunity to experience the African bush as we head out on an early-morning game drive.
After breakfast, we fly to spectacular Cape Town, one of the world's most beautiful cities.
Weather permitting, we will ride the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, where breathtaking panoramic views stretch across Cape Town, the Atlantic coastline and the surrounding mountains.

Today we explore the magnificent Cape Peninsula, traveling along one of the world's great coastal drives.
We continue to the legendary Cape of Good Hope and visit Boulders Beach, home to a famous colony of African penguins.
We return to Cape Town with plenty of time to prepare for Shabbos. Shul is conveniently located within walking distance of our hotel.
Tonight we welcome Shabbos together with a beautiful Friday night dinner.

Today we cross into Botswana for a full-day adventure in Chobe National Park, renowned for one of the largest concentrations of elephants in Africa.
We begin with a spectacular Chobe River safari cruise, where elephants, hippos, crocodiles and countless other animals can often be seen along the riverbanks. Lunch will be served during our excursion.
Later, we head into the national park in safari vehicles for another exciting game drive before returning to Victoria Falls.

After breakfast, we bid farewell to Victoria Falls and begin our journey home.
Guests returning to the United States will fly to Johannesburg to connect with their international flight home. This flight is included in the price.
Guests returning to Israel can fly home directly from Victoria Falls on Ethiopian Airlines, connecting through Gaborone and Addis Ababa before continuing to Tel Aviv.
